The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) is the voice of Canada’s upstream petroleum industry. Its mission, on behalf of the Canadian upstream oil and gas industry, is to advocate for and enable economic competitiveness and safe, environmentally and socially responsible performance.

The oil and gas industry in Newfoundland and Labrador is young, dynamic and growing, and directly employs over 3,000 people.
