CareerLinks: Smart Choices Sooner is a project of Women in Science and Engineering Newfoundland & Labrador (WISE NL).

Since 1988, WISE NL has been encouraging girls and women throughout the province of Newfoundland & Labrador to consider the exciting career possibilities in science and engineering.

Today, WISE NL-sponsored activities increase participants' confidence and preparedness as they transition from high school through post-secondary education, move in the technical workforce, and advance as professionals.

We designed CareerLinks to be of value to anyone, female or male, seeking a first SETT career or considering a career change within SETT. 

By explicitly including information and perspectives specifically from experienced SETT women, we also seek to broaden and enrich the pool of technical professionals in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador.
